About our President /CEO

Mr. O'Neal has been in law enforcement for the past 18 years. He has served with the Camden County Sheriff's Department from 1983 to 1986.

Mr. O'Neal currently serves with the New Jersey Department of Corrections as a member of it Correctional Team. He has served from 1986 to present (14 years). Due to his civilian background as a martial artist, his ability to handle situations both verbal and physical quickly and efficiently, with the least amount of friction he was appointed to the States, Special Operations Group (SOG). A highly specialized trained unit that responds to crisis situations throughout the state of New Jersey.

Mr. O'Neal recognized that it has been through people like the Chief Founding Officer, L. Louis Jordan, Commissioner William Faver of the New Jersey Department of Corrections and Chief Debbie Faunce, of the New Jersey Department of Corrections, Internal Affairs Unit and many others that he has been allowed to exhibit his experience in the area of Street Gangs, Cultural Diversity, Prison Gangs, Community Response and Youth Violence.

Beside attending numerous civilian and law enforcement schools, he he's received several awards in the area of community relations, street gangs, prison gang identification, prevention, suppression and intervention.

Mr. O'Neal holds a black belt in Judo and Karate.

Mr. O'Neal is currently assigned to the New Jersey Department of Correctional Facility at the Albert Wagner  veteran having served with the Camden County Sheriff's Department and currently  with the New Jersey Department of Correction as a Corrections Officer.

Mr. O'Neal has been National President of our organization for the past 11 years and has gathered a wealth of intelligence on Street and Prison Gangs.

As the Chief Executive Officer of the National Concerned Officers Organization On Gang Activities Inc. Mr. O'Neal is required to monitor, investigate, and gather intelligence on street and prison gangs from across the country.

Mr. O'Neal has been recognized as an expert in his own field by the California Gang Investigators Association, I-Cry of NY and NJ, Monmouth County Gang Officers Association, Monmouth County Boys and Girls Club, The Maryland Department of Corrections, the State Department of Correction in California and Washington DC and the National Peace Officers Foundation.

Mr. O'Neal serves as a member, officer and consultant to many of the above identified agencies. Mr. O'Neal have been tracking prison/street gangs since 1987 and has gathered a wealth of intelligence on them.

Mr. O'Neal is deeply rooted in the community of Camden, Clayton, Asbury Park and Neptune, New Jersey. It is there that he have had the greatest success in working with trouble youth and young adults with respect to school violence, gangs, prevention, intervention and suppression.

Mr. O'Neal has established many positive programs to assist educators, law enforcement officers, grassroots organizations, and social service agencies.

Mr. O'Neal has an extensive background dealing directly with youth and young adults in crisis.

Like other members of the organization, Mr. O'Neal is a national advocate for our youth, but feel that they, their parents, educators, law enforcement, politicians, and everyone else need to held more accountable for their actions.

Mr. O'Neal has bought to this organization his vision of helping children to achieve their goals by addressing the issue of school violence,  street gangs,  prison gangs, and prison life.

He has help aided and assisted many families to remain focus at times when it appears hopeless to them.

Mr. O'Neal believes that that problem of Youth Violence, Gangs, Weapons, and Drugs can not be addressed without addressing the entire family  and its root cause.

With the assistance of Social Service Groups, Religious Organizations, Educators, Law Enforcement and Grassroots Organization it can be done.

He notes that without GOD in our lives we can only fail at all that we set out to do.
