She is Mother! the backbone of National CSI...

Volunteers have been at the heart of CSI's  work since the days our organization  first set sail.

Volunteers like mother are the backbone of CSI. We couldn't offer all of the many investigations, backgrounds and community services we provide without the assistance of mother. Volunteers like mother do a variety of things. Some volunteers have direct contact with people by providing group facilitating or one-on-one peer support. Other volunteers work in a more indirect capacity such as assisting in the office or tracking gang members on the net. Most of our volunteers are people who have "been there" and now choose to give back by reaching out to others.

As a CSI volunteer you will get an opportunity to meet some wonderful people, help them through a difficult time, then reap the reward of watching them move toward hope and healing. But most importantly, you, the volunteer, share your love, talent, time and energy to help to turn gang members and violent criminals around to take their rightful place as good community citizens.
